About

Olegh Kolyada, a Ukrainian composer, exploring a number of industrial music areas in his solo project First Human Ferro, mainly dark ambient, electronic noise, power electronics and experimental postindustrial, while in other projects of his, In Meditarivm, Oda Relicta, Ostarbeiter, he deals with neofolk, symphonic and martial music. Having debuted in 1997, he has produced a body of eclectic works relying on synthetically produced textures of bruitist persuasion, low range pulsations complemented with spoken parts, as well as on repetitive loops of electronic static. He employs both digital and analogue devices for generation, modulation and processing of sonic textures.” Copyright by Rafal Kochan. Taken from Encyclopaedia of Industrial Music. Volume II. Page 45.
